6th Gear Garage is a 6000 square foot 14- bay race and fabrication shop with a well stocked parts and accessories department and a network of suppliers and partners that can source even the most obscure parts.


6th Gear Garage offers the basics of servicing and maintenance to full on “arrive and drive” programs. 


And when your car is ready to go, be sure to inquire about 6th Gear’s Track Days on the Grand Prix Circuit with access to the Private Members Lounge featuring big screen TV’s, lounge, espresso bar, full kitchen and gourmet food prepared by our trackside chef.

Rob began his journey in the automotive trade in 1979 and his passion for "winning" in the high-performance world of car racing is still evident today … some 40+ years later.

 

Rob’s two decades “with” and “on” race teams in drag, Cascar, SCCA Trans Am, Firehawk, Motorola Cup, Porsche Cup and Regional Race Car Teams has made him highly desirable in the very competitive world of racing.  In 2014 Rob took on a senior role as 6th Gear’s Race Shop Manager at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park and Crew Chief for 6th Gear’s SCCA TA2 Trans Am Racing Team that races in Canada and the USA.
